EXCESSIVE USE DEPOSIT: Daily / weekly $250.00; monthly $500.00. Balance will be refunded within 30 days of departure.

CANCELLATION FEE: All cancellations are subject to
a $50.00 administrative fee and rental payment of (a) 60%,
15 - 30 days notice, (b) 80%, 2- 14 days notice, (c) 100%,
1 day or less notice.
